DIMA wants to be a competent organization for education, communication and integration for people with hearing impairments throughout Switzerland.

• 1. We create easier access to work, education, information, culture and lifelong learning for people with hearing impairments with and without a migration background in Switzerland.
• 1. We want to ensure two-way access for people with hearing impairments and people who are in contact with people with hearing impairments.
• 1. We are committed to successful intercultural and bilingual communication.
• 1. We continuously develop our qualitative products and services and sell the teaching and learning materials we have created or add what is missing in existing teaching materials from other manufacturers.
