Promote a liberal economy, based on initiative and individual responsibility and based on the values of good faith, respect for others and dialogue; to work in favor of favorable framework conditions for business activity and development; to defend the general interests of the private economy and those of the members, vis-à-vis the public, the authorities and third parties; encourage the development of balanced relations between employers and their staff; promote training and continuing vocational training, as well as integration and reintegration into the labor market; offer useful services to members, particularly in the areas of human resources, labor relations, professional organization and social security; create, organize and administer social structures and institutions for members; promote exchanges between members and encourage the establishment and development of professional, interprofessional, employer or economic associations; participate in any study group or official commission dealing with economic or social issues; study all questions of a political, economic or social nature concerning the members, inform them about them and allow them to discuss them; collaborate with other professional, inter-professional, employer or economic organizations pursuing similar goals at the international, national, regional or cantonal level and, where appropriate, join them; encouraging innovation and creativity within companies; undertake any other action deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
