The pursuit of purposes of social solidarity in favor of disadvantaged people due to physical, psychological, economic, social or family conditions or in favor of bodies or associations that pursue the same purposes. The foundation carries out its activities in the sectors of charity, training, protection and enhancement of nature and the environment, the promotion of culture and art. The foundation intends to offer civil society, industry and public and private institutions support, research and solutions concerning the following three specific areas of interest: the sphere of nutrition, conceived in its broadest sense, which includes not only production of food, with all the agricultural and industrial implications connected to it, but the set of all possible means necessary for conservation in space and time, regardless of the age and other characteristics of the final consumers, with particular attention to the problem the environmental impact of industrial food production, with the ultimate goal of contributing to a reduction of the same; the sphere of neonatology, in order to contribute to the reduction of the occurrence of pathologies of all types affecting the neonatal and infant age, and to directly support the supply of tools necessary to improve the quality of the treatment of already overt pathologies; the sphere of social hardship. The foundation cannot carry out activities other than those mentioned above, with the exception of those directly connected to them.
