Mission

The purpose of the foundation is: (i) to promote the so-called L1X protocol (which may contain components of other protocols); (ii) the release of the L1X protocol; (iii) the promotion and development of technologies and applications built on top of the L1X protocol; (iv) the publication of all software components related to the L1X protocol; (v) the promotion, management and orchestration of the L1X ecosystem; (vi) the issuance of L1X tokens (without title); (vii) administration of the L1X project website; (viii) holding and managing digital and non-digital assets for these purposes; (ix) education and training in the area of the L1X ecosystem and the L1X protocol and the associated technologies and applications; (x) promoting public awareness of the L1X ecosystem and the L1X protocol and related technologies and applications; (xi) and taking measures in the area of marketing and sales of the L1X Token and the L1X Ecosystem. For this purpose, the Foundation can create a technical application for granting participation rights to network participants (L1X DAO), manage it and support the implementation of participation; support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals through individual financial sponsorship contributions or set up and publish sponsorship programs (e.g. grants); Issue L1X tokens for the expansion of the L1X ecosystem (e.g. airdrops); Publicly promote and train the L1X ecosystem, the L1X Protocol and technologies and applications based on the L1X Protocol, create and make available training materials such as technical descriptions; issue, receive, use and store digital information units (tokens) (no speculative trading activities), contact various companies, partners, banks, the regulator, authorities or other third parties for the benefit of the L1X ecosystem, spend contributions received and participate in companies acquire, hold or grant , trademark rights and other IP rights or license rights, organize conferences or other events such as workshops, developer events and hackathons that support and promote the L1X protocol, host, administer and manage websites and interfaces, and API -provide technology; create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and/or engage in all transactions, and generally take any action necessary, appropriate, related, or desirable to achieve or further the purposes described herein. The foundation can create a unified framework for communication about the L1X ecosystem. To this end, the foundation can issue a communication concept in the form of regulations. The concept can be changed at any time by a decision of the Board of Trustees. The foundation can also create an internal control system (ICS) that includes the regulatory framework for the foundation and the L1X ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding principle for the ICS and the regulatory framework for the L1X ecosystem are the value creation interests of the network participants. The Board of Trustees issues the ICS as part of a separate set of regulations. The ICS can be changed at any time by a decision of the Board of Trustees. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organisations, create such and/or promote existing ones. The foundation can fulfill the purpose with its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of the tasks. The foundation can invest in other companies and set up subsidiaries at home and abroad. In principle, the foundation has no profit-making purpose and does not aim for profit. The foundation can make profits if and to the extent that this is necessary for the financing of the project and the development of the innovation. Within the scope of the purpose, the foundation can be active in Switzerland and abroad.
