New dashboard update: Personal feed & trending feed at a glance
With the latest update to our platform, we are making the dashboard even clearer and more informative for our users. From now on, the home screen is equipped with a two-part feed system - for personalized notifications and general platform highlights at a glance.
Two feeds, two perspectives
✅ Personal feed: Exactly what you are interested in
In the "Personal feed" tab, you will only see updates based on your individual settings. These include, among other things:
- New foundations from the countries you have selected
- Deletions and liquidations of organizations that you monitor in your favourites lists
- Other changes, provided you have activated notifications for certain lists
If you wish, you can also receive this information by e-mail, depending on the selected notification frequency (daily, weekly, monthly or no e-mail).
✅ Trending feed: What's happening on the platform
In the "Trending Feed" we show you the latest activities and changes on fundraiso.ch - regardless of your personal settings. This includes
- Current new foundations
- Newly listed or updated organizations
- Relevant events with supra-regional interest
This allows you to keep an eye on your own topics as well as the general development of the foundation landscape.
Notification settings - everything under control
In the account overview, you can still specify exactly
- For which countries you would like to be informed about new start-ups
- Which favorites lists should be actively monitored
- And how often you want to receive e-mail notifications
All changes to organizations that you monitor are not only sent by e-mail (if activated), but are also collected directly in the dashboard under "Personal feed".
This update provides more clarity and control: the personal feed shows you specifically what is important for your work - the trending feed also provides a general overview.
