The purpose of the foundation is to support, promote and improve the facilities, services and offers in today's area of the mixed municipality Schattenhalb for the residents in this area, in addition to the ordinary municipal tasks. For this purpose, the Foundation can align contributions, in particular to projects to maintain and improve services in the area of today's mixed municipality Schattenhalb in the areas of environmental protection, landscape protection and homeland protection, spatial and building regulations, traffic, water, energy and waste, public order and security, social security, health care, education and research, culture, sport and leisure, and to promote the business location. The foundation has a non-profit character. The foundation does not pursue a profit-making purpose and does not aim for profit. The Foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose.
