The foundation serves charitable purposes; In this context, it can in particular provide direct or indirect (to non-profit institutions) services at the communal, regional, cantonal, national or international level. The foundation can provide its services in the following areas in particular: grants for non-profit medical aid in war and peace; Donations for non-profit medical and social aid as well as from hospitals and hospices; Donations for new or extended hospices; Donations in the field of animal welfare, environmental protection and the protection of human rights in Switzerland and abroad; Donations to tax-exempt educational institutions to promote culture and general education in Switzerland and abroad; Donations to individuals in need of support in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation has a charitable character, does not pursue any profit-making purposes and does not seek any profit. The foundation can merge with other tax-exempt foundations domiciled in Switzerland with the same or similar objectives.
