The new data protection law is here - Fundraiso has adapted the data protection guidelines

Today, the new Data Protection Act came into force. The law applies to natural persons, companies and institutions. However, the law only covers data of individuals (natural persons) and not legal entities (companies). Since fundraiso.ch is used by both companies and natural persons, we have adapted our privacy policy. The updated privacy policy and cookie policy can be accessed here.
As we are an Internet platform that relies on a wide range of third-party services (e.g. server management, newsletter tool, etc.), we list transparently in the privacy policy which third-party services we use. Since we usually only request name and email address from our users (sometimes also the address), we do not collect any highly sensitive data ourselves that would require special protection. For payments that are not processed via ebanking, we trust the market leaders in this field: Stripe and Paypal.
In addition, we consider it our duty to regularly delete all emails older than 2 years, so that no sensitive data is left unintentionally in our mailboxes.
If you have any questions, you can call us or send an email to [email protected].
