Colonels Club Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to promote, appreciate and recognize engagement in the following areas: a) Art and culture, with a focus on short and documentary films, b) Switzerland's humanitarian tradition. Activities in the field of art and culture can relate in particular to: - audiovisual and musical productions; - literary works and publications; - Manufacture of works of art of all kinds; - Events of both contemporary and traditional character. The foundation can set up other legal persons and / or participate in such as part of its purpose. It can enter into cooperation with other persons and institutions, merge with other foundations or take over the assets of other persons or acquire and hold rights or real estate. The foundation can operate throughout Switzerland and, subject to the conditions of the tax exemption, abroad. The foundation does not pursue profit-making or self-help purposes. It is politically and religiously neutral.
