Mission
The foundation promotes projects in the areas of ecology and the environment, education, health and culture in the Canton of Bern in the interests of the common good and in the general interest. Your activities include the promotion of: projects dedicated to sustainable, ecologically oriented land management in mountain regions, in particular approaches to permaculture and agroforestry; Creation of educational and qualification opportunities for people who are willing to study and have health or social needs through contributions to further education, maintenance, training and qualification; Awarding of appropriate scholarships to needy people; Cultural commitment in the exchange of city and country through contributions to cultural projects and events; Decentralized, citizen-friendly, ecological-regenerative forms of energy generation and use. The Foundation can organize and conduct courses, seminars and events within the scope of fulfilling its purpose. The foundation is active in an operational and promotional capacity. The foundation's activities are financed from the foundation's income, donations, legacies, endowments and endowments. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any profit-making purposes. Profit and capital are exclusively dedicated to the purpose mentioned above.
