The purpose of the foundation is to promote the general public - in the field of animal welfare in intellectual, cultural, ethical but also material terms; -in dealing with the weaker in the sense of a holistic humanity. The foundation does not pursue any other purposes other than the stated charitable purpose; it does not strive for a profit and it fulfills its charitable purpose itself. The foundation is entitled to fulfill its purpose and its activities at home and abroad, but also through a company or other legal entity, in accordance with the respective statutory provisions , at home and abroad, in which the foundation is directly or indirectly involved. The purpose of the foundation is to be achieved in particular through the following measures: 1. Support for animal welfare and the protection of the weaker, which consists of giving animals and weaker a legally secure position as fellow creatures in law and reality; 2. The assumption of actual costs by sanctuaries and comparable institutions that are committed to animal welfare, in this context to care for and care for animals in a manner appropriate to their species and animal welfare; 3. Public relations work in the form of events and media work in the sense of spreading animal welfare and a new "humanity" that takes people, animals and nature equally into account; 4. The Foundation's beneficiaries do not have a legal claim to benefits from the Foundation on the basis of these Foundation Statutes.
