The purpose of the foundation is: a) Implementation and support of national, regional and international charitable and social programs, b) Promotion of multicultural, market-based and performance-oriented education for children, young people and adults, c) Promotion of scientific research and training programs that relate to to the activities of the Hilti Group, d) promoting and supporting projects to strengthen entrepreneurship, e) impact investments that pursue a social benefit in the broader sense or contribute to the positive sustainability of our planet, f) promotion of cultural projects and initiatives, g) Funding of projects and initiatives for the Principality of Liechtenstein that contribute to strengthening international competitiveness, productivity and quality of life, h) Grants in programs for the benefit of employees of the HILTI Group, i) Funding national and international ecological projects, programs and initiatives, j) funding of national and international animal welfare projects, programs and initiatives, k) funding of initiatives and projects that support nature conservation and the preservation of biodiversity, I) funding of other, not under a) - k) listed projects, programs, initiatives and donations as well as donations to persons proposed by fiduciary beneficiaries of the Martin Hilti Family Trust, considered worthy of support by the foundation board of the Hilti family foundation and approved by the foundation board., The focus of the foundation's activities is primarily on Liechtenstein such as the surrounding region as well as for selected activities internationally., 2) The foundation does not pursue any gainful intentions.
