Financial support to Aktion Sonnenschein Hilfe for children with multiple disabilities in Munich, Heiglhofstrasse 63, and in the event that this no longer exists, financial support is provided to disabled or multiple disabled children. In the event that the assets located in Germany are also brought into the foundation, the purpose of the foundation is expanded in the sense that it can also offer accommodation to disabled or multiply disabled children in the properties in Germany, be it for permanent residence or only for vacation stays. In the event that the assets belonging to the estate of Mr. Ludwig Zeiler and located in Germany are transferred to a German foundation, the foundation should work with that foundation in Germany in order to fulfill the purpose of the foundation as determined by the founder. The financial contributions are to be paid out of the income from the foundation's assets, provided that adequate maintenance of the properties belonging to the foundation's assets is guaranteed.
