Mission

The purpose of the foundation is the international advancement of women in all fields, especially in the arts, sciences, and journalism. It also aims to support women's education, dignity, right to self-determination, and equality, as well as to secure their necessary livelihood. This purpose is achieved in particular through scholarships for education and research, awards, financial contributions to initiatives, scientific or artistic projects and publications, the preservation of the founder's artistic legacy, the support of music schools for minors, and grants to women in need and other charitable foundations in Liechtenstein and abroad that pursue the same objective. The foundation does not operate a commercial enterprise but is authorized, within the scope of managing its assets, to enter into all legal transactions that serve the pursuit and realization of its purpose. Registration of the foundation established on January 21, 2009, according to the resolution of the Board of Trustees dated April 30, 2020.
