The purpose of the foundation is to support a sustainable structure that ensures the survival of Tibetans as a living community in the Diaspora, be it in India, Nepal or other Himalayan countries. Sustainability means that the young Tibetans grow up in a healthy environment, are well-balanced and adequately nourished, receive a good school education and then receive vocational training. This gives them the opportunity to find a job in an environment that is critical to survival as an exiled Tibetan community that enables them to start a family and lead a decent life. It is also in the spirit of the foundation's purpose to create sustainable jobs, to support the training and further education of young Tibetans in order to achieve the above goal. Through the sustainable activities of the foundation, the threatened identity and culture of the Tibetans should also be preserved through the establishment, promotion or support of projects in the education, health, agricultural and economic sectors. The focus is on helping the Tibetan people to help themselves in a sustainable manner. The foundation promotes and supports activities in the health sector in the Himalayan area, in particular the promotion of sustainable quality of basic medical care and sustainable nutrition in the Himalayan area as well as the implementation and support of research work in these areas with the aim of gaining knowledge from the research to gain a balanced, wholesome diet and to convert this knowledge into economic impetus for the Tibetan population. The foundation can also support children or young people from the Himalayan region, provided they meet the criteria for the required support for training and career choice. This is done, for example, by supporting the construction and ongoing operation of schools or children's villages in the Himalayan region. Furthermore, in justified individual cases, the foundation provides support for the training and further education of needy Tibetan children and young people worldwide. The foundation can also support entire villages or regions with a joint project, such as the reconstruction of houses and roads after natural disasters (e.g. Helambu, Langtang region). To fulfill the purpose of the foundation, the foundation can create or support its own suitable facilities and facilities. The foundation can take all actions and dispositions necessary to achieve its purpose, in particular also buy, sell, rent, rent and manage properties or construct buildings itself. The foundation is an independent and not-for-profit initiative. It pursues non-profit and politically neutral purposes directly, without restriction and permanently. The foundation irrevocably dedicates capital and profits to these purposes. The foundation does not pursue any self-help or commercial purposes and does not seek any profit.
