The foundation creates and operates an old people's and care center in Bülach. It provides age-appropriate apartments as well as homes and care places and offers care and nursing services. The Foundation can also provide and operate age-appropriate places in decentralized forms of living and care or support such third-party facilities in an appropriate manner. The living and care forms are primarily available to older residents of the city of Bülach and the communities of Bachenbülach and Hochfelden in relation to their respective population at the time the foundation was set up. Within the framework of the purpose of the foundation, the foundation can take on additional tasks for the founding communities in accordance with the service agreement, alone or together with other organizations and institutions. In order to fulfill its task, the Foundation can acquire or rent plots of land, independent and permanent building rights to plots of land, existing properties or co-ownership shares in plots of land (condominiums).
