Stiftung Betagtenheim Alpnach

The purpose of the foundation is to plan, build, operate and maintain one or more old-age homes in the Alpnach community. Residents of the municipality of Alpnach are entitled to admission to the old people's home (s). External persons can be admitted as long as free places are not claimed by residents of the municipality of Alpnach. The purpose of the foundation is also to provide general welfare for elderly or disabled residents of the Alpnach community. For any change in purpose, Art. 86 ZGB applies.
