Creation and establishment of a fund to be used to facilitate comprehensive training for less well off members of the Commercia; awarding young, ambitious members for special achievements with cash bonuses, or to partially finance their stay abroad; Younger and older members who get into an emergency through no fault of their own should also be supported from this fund if possible.
