By purchasing the Hotel Drachenburg & Waaghaus AG as a subsidiary, the foundation aims to build the buildings that are particularly valuable in terms of building history with residential building, and between Seerhein and one of the most beautiful village squares in Switzerland to be preserved as a complete ensemble, with a wide range as a place of strength, adventure and conference as well as a tourist holiday and excursion destination (also for families) to be attractively filled with life and to continue to exist independently in the future to secure.
