The foundation runs a center to increase the importance of rye as a valuable, healthy food in Switzerland, particularly in the Leuk region, and aims to inform and sensitize the population about the benefits of rye. Through research, knowledge transfer, innovation, accommodation and catering, and information about rye - from the raw material to the end product - it aims to build a sustainable value chain and network all activities with all the know-how.
