Preservation, care and expansion of the Swiss Museum of Transport's collection of objects relating to Swiss transport with the aim of making them accessible and exhibiting them to the general public as part of the museum's operations and the museum's educational service of the Museum of Transport in Lucerne, as well as preservation, care and expansion of an archive for text, Image, plan and sound documents as well as other objects on the history of transport and communication for the purpose of supporting exhibition activities and specialist research.
