The Carson Holmes Foundation creates opportunities for neurodivergent people to achieve their potential. Through role models, mentoring and strategic partnerships, we work with schools, employers and communities to raise aspirations, remove barriers and help people recognise their strengths, develop as leaders and fulfil their potential.

THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY WAY OF DISABILITY AND/OR POOR MENTAL HEALTH OF NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUALS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF:I. ASSISTING UK BUSINESSES TO CREATE EQUITABLE WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENTS THROUGH TRAINING TO ENSURE INCLUSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE WORKPLACES. II. RAISING AWARENESS OF THE SKILLS THAT NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUALS CAN PROVIDE BUSINESSES. III. PROVIDING PRACTICAL SUPPORT SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PEER SUPPORT GROUPS, ONLINE RESOURCES, APPLYING FOR ACCESS TO WORK FUNDING OR REQUESTS FOR REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS FROM EMPLOYERS.
