FONDAZIONE GAGLIARDI Guerino e Francesco

The Foundation pursues objectives of public utility and operates on a non-profit basis. The purpose of the Foundation is to intervene according to the testamentary wills of Gagliardi Guerino and Francesco, with aid/gifts in favor of citizens who find themselves in need and who are domiciled in the Monteggio district (district of the then Municipality of Monteggio) of the Municipality of Tresa. Only the annual net income earned can be used for the granting of aid/grants. The granting of aid/gifts belongs solely to the Foundation Council, usually after consultation with the municipal social operator/receipt and, if necessary, also with the Municipal Head of Dicastery. The decision of the Board of Trustees is final and cannot be appealed. The Board of Trustees is not required to justify its decision. If the annual net income is not fully consumed for aid and/or donations, it must be donated to the Municipality of Tresa in favor of the management of the Municipal Kindergarten. In order to better and more circumstantially regulate its charitable activity, the Board of the Foundation must issue a specific internal regulation.
