Fonds für Pensionsergänzungen der Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG

The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the benefit of employees and pensioners of Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG and companies closely associated with it economically or financially, as well as their survivors, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as to support the policyholder or his survivors in emergencies such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The foundation can also grant severance payments, pensions and pension supplements to employees of Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG, particularly in the event of early retirement; in accordance with the respective tax regulations of the Canton of Zurich regarding tax exemptions for employee welfare foundations. The purpose of the foundation can also be fulfilled through insurance contracts, whereby the foundation must be the policyholder and beneficiary.
