The purpose of the foundation is exclusively and directly charitable, as defined in Sections 34 et seq. of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (“BAO”).

Unless a specific geographical area of ​​operation has been defined (which, however, may not be limited to a single federal state), the foundation's geographical area of ​​operation encompasses the entire territory of Austria.

The foundation pursues the following purposes:

• Promotion of environmental, nature, climate, species, and animal protection;

• Promotion of public education;

• Promotion of education and vocational training;

• Promotion of art and culture;

• Promotion of the preservation of historical monuments (especially natural monuments);

• Promotion of local history and heritage;

• Promotion of animal and plant breeding.

The foundation is not profit-oriented.

The foundation's assets must be used exclusively for the purposes of the foundation.
