Stiftung Sapere

The foundation aims to promote vocational training and continuing education in the hotel and restaurant industry. Furthermore, it supports and fosters exchange, cohesion, and coordination among industry associations and organizations, as well as with related institutions. The foundation operates primarily in the Canton of St. Gallen and also includes Eastern Switzerland. The foundation may: rent or establish a competence center that houses and operates training and administrative facilities; offer and conduct training, inter-company courses, and supplementary courses for apprentices; conduct training and continuing education courses for adults; undertake administrative tasks for associations, clubs, and organizations in the aforementioned industry; provide personnel and financial support for professional marketing and the promotion of young talent; support professionals who are committed to the well-being and reputation of the industry; acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate in Switzerland; and undertake financing activities within the scope of the foundation's purpose.
