awarding prizes, rewards, scholarships or donations, grants awarded to education and research programs, to support, promote, manage, encourage or reward activities, achievements and projects distinguished by their intrinsic value or their character of public utility and aimed at studying, teaching, developing, disseminating, reviving and promoting all forms of art and culture, including the values they embody, the aspects they assume and their different achievements and in particular, but not exclusively, those related to Islamic culture, and this in all areas.
