Research and development of practical methods in the organic farming and nutrition sector, taking into account nutritional, ecological and socio-economic aspects, operating an advisory service for agricultural businesses, horticulture and public bodies with the objectives of using natural resources sustainably, enabling farming families to receive fair prices for environmentally friendly food and improving animal welfare, promoting the exchange of knowledge with producers and consumers as well as cooperation between producers, processing, trade and consumers, promoting training in the organic farming and nutrition sector at universities, technical colleges and other educational institutions.
